But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

When are the gas prices supposed to go up? Just asking because I was told by "educated" liberals that they were going to go throught the roof, but all I see are prices going down, especially in my home state of Ohio!!!

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

I’m back after a long hiatus.
